The F45 HQ Athletics team has worked tirelessly to bring workouts and programming online and on-demand to the F45 Challenge App. The team will continue to oversee all programming, including the new Meditation, Recovery, Stretch, Prodigy, Masters, and Sport-Specific classes.
A new on-demand workout will be available every day at 12:00 AM in your respective time zone.
Yes. Given a member's equal effort and personal accountability while exercising, all F45 workouts will achieve the same results. Just as F45 provides the leading in-studio workouts, F45 Live and all on-demand workouts will be market leaders in their categories. They use the same workout programming philosophy as in-studio workouts and are aligned with the regular F45 Athletics programming.
Bodyweight (no equipment), Weighted (some equipment), and Recovery (stretching and flexibility) workouts are available on the app. Workouts are updated daily and follow the F45 Athletics Calendar.
To enjoy the full range of exercises in the Weighted workout sessions, you will need the following equipment: Agility Cones, Slides, Agility Ladder, Skipping rope, Activations Bands, Power Bands, REVO Bar, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Hurdles and a Deadball. You should select the weight of each piece of equipment based on your own ability.
Workouts are for members only. Members of F45 studios cannot be under the age of 18. Young adults aged 16 or 17 may become a member of and F45 studio with their parent or legal guardian's consent.
