If your email address is not recognized in the Workout section of the Challenge application, please follow up with your studio to check that you have an active subscription and if the email you are using is tied to your active membership. If you don't have an active membership, please click on "Subscribe" to get access to the Workout section.
If you believe you have an active membership in either Mindbody or Glofox, please reach out to your chosen studio to find out the email address associated with your respective account.
If you have an On Demand account, and are unable to access the workouts, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a new ticket here: https://support.f45training.com/support/tickets/new
You can cast your coached workouts on the big screen by connecting your app to your smart TV using AirPlay. If you're using a web browser on desktop or mobile, you can cast to your TV with Google Chromecast.
If you are a new user having trouble signing into the F45 Challenge app, please try resetting your password.
If you are an F45 Studio member having issues signing into the F45 Challenge App, first make sure that you're logging in using your Challenge app login details.

Note: You may use the same credentials on your Mindbody/Glofox OR You may have used the same credentials on creating a Mindbody/ Glofox account.

Please kindly note that you must have an active F45 Studio membership in order to access these workouts.
If you are an F45 Studio member having issues accessing the in-app workouts, make sure you are using your most up to date login information with your current F45 studio. This would mean that whatever login credentials you use to book in for a class on Mindbody / Glofox, will be the same login credentials needed to access the TRAIN tab.
