Why can't I access the workouts?

If you believe you have an active membership in either Mindbody or Glofox, please reach out to your chosen studio to find out the email address associated with your respective account.

If you have an On Demand account, and are unable to access the workouts, please reach out to tech@f45training.com or submit a new ticket here: https://support.f45training.com/support/tickets/new
